PETS: We are dog-friendly (max 2). Absolutely no cats or other animals. We do not charge a pet fee as long as our pet policy is followed and the property is left clean and tidy, including outdoor spaces and the removal of pet hair. Excessive pet-related cleaning, indoors or outdoors, may result in additional fees. If any damage occurs, please report it immediately so we can address it before the next guests arrive. FIREPLACE: The gas log fireplace is available seasonally. We turn off the gas supply during the warmer months (May–October). Guests can still enjoy outdoor fires year-round using the two fire pits located at the front and back of the property. Firewood is not provided. Our welcome guide includes recommendations on where to purchase locally. WELL WATER: The home operates on well water, which is common in rural Hocking Hills properties. The water is safe for bathing and cooking, though some guests prefer bottled water for drinking.
